This video doesn’t have what I was looking for. I want a video to show how to replace a screen while making it taut like the factory original screen. A loosy goosy screen is too amateurish.

You are totally right. I’ve seen two videos now that do one side of the screen and then presto! They cut the video and come back and the screen is all perfect and pretty. I want to see the four hours of clips where the guy is wrestling to get it taut & professional looking. I suspect they are leaving out all the parts that make you want to pull your hair out. And really, that’s the part I need help on isn’t it? Good luck!

I finally decided to hire a professional window screen repairer from Screenmobile for around $50. It wasn’t worth my headache to save a few bucks.

I do this at a hardware store and it usually only costs under $20 to have this done.

Do just what he did in the video then you pull on the sides, but if you pull too much, you will either bend the frame or the frame will wiggle and not be straight.
